daemon not really doing anything on Fedora 13

Hi,

I've got the 0.5.9 rpm installed on Fedora 13 and I've created a incrontab entry as follows:

/opt/restful_pserver/log/ IN_CREATE chmod 666 /opt/restful_pserver/log/*
/opt/restful_pserver/log/ IN_CREATE /etc/init.d/httpd restart

My goal is to detect any kind of file additions in the directory and then change permissions and restart apache.

However, it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

How can I debug this or is there a step I'm missing?
