Incron library

Hi,

first of all, thank you for the job.

I'm writing an application launcher for linux and I want to monitor some
directories. Because this directories could change, I want to write code
to manipulate the user incron table, adding, deleting or modifiying
entries.

I know there is the API, but Is there a library I could use to do this
actions?
