Hi Lukas,

Thanks for your reply. I need a cron that support watching files in
subdirectories. I heard about another two crons, inotify & inotify-cxx.
Does these support this feature? If not please specify cron that supports
this feature.

Re: Watching subdirectories

Hi,

incron doesn't currently support watching files in subdirectories. This
feature is scheduled for 0.6.0 which will be probably released in July
2007.

As I know RHEL 6 hasn't been released, has it? The current version is
RHEL 5. There is no real reason why incron couldn't support this version
since it has been used the kernel version 2.6.18. You can compile incron
from sources on RHEL 5 and use it. But I think there are no precompiled
RPM packages.
